The problem

Pharma companies run their field teams on spreadsheets and phone calls: visit reports arrive late, orders are re-keyed, and nobody has one view of what was sold where.

What we built

• A web admin panel for managers: territories, targets, approvals and reports
• A Flutter app for medical representatives: visits, orders and expenses, working offline
• Licensing and per-client provisioning from our own control plane, so every client runs an isolated deployment

Result

The platform runs in production for paying clients, each on its own database and release track.
